Providing free or discounted flights to children from low-income families with diseases not treatable in Kazakhstan

  • letter of appeal with signature
  • copy of the medical report of the doctors of the Republic of Kazakhstan confirming that the disease is not treatable in Kazakhstan
  • copy of referral for treatment in other countries issued by doctors of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • copy of the invitation by host clinic

  • copy of accompanying person’s passport or identity card
  • letter of appreciation with a signature
  • family’s financial statement
