On all Air Astana routes, you have the option of selecting from three fare families in Economy Class: Basic, Classic, and Plus, as well as two fare families in Business Class: Business Saver and Business Flex. Planning to fly Economy Class but want more peace of mind, additional baggage or Business Class privileges? Choose Air Astana Plus for three times the benefits: two pieces of free 23 kg baggage, free refund and rebooking.

The process for requesting a refund for your ticket depends on where you bought it. If you purchased your ticket through an agency, please contact the agency at the point of purchase to initiate a refund. If you bought your ticket directly on airastana.com, it’s easy to start the refund process by using this link or submitting a request through our Help Centre. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the fare conditions. 


You can change the date or booking class of tickets purchased through our website, mobile app or sales offices, through the Manage My Booking page. Any changes to your travel plans can be made at your local Air Astana ticketing office. If your booking was made via a ticketing agency, we recommend contacting them to request changes. For tickets purchased through other channels, please get in touch with our Call Centre at +7 (727) 244 44 77 or submit a request via our Help Centre. Please note that changes to your booking are subject to the applicable terms, conditions and fees.
