Fares and Fare Rules
Air Astana offers a whole range of fares on its flights. Each fare type has its own set of conditions.
Before purchasing the tickets we recommend that you carefully read the conditions of the chosen fare. We reserve the right to amend the fare rules any time without notice.
If your itinerary contains different fare types on different flight segments, the conditions of each fare type shall apply.
In case of cancelling your seats on a particular flight, you must cancel or rebook your reservation before the scheduled time of check-in closure. If you fail to do so before the flight’s scheduled check-in closure time, you will be charged an additional penalty for failing to report for a flight (NO-SHOW), specified in the conditions of the fare, regardless of whether the seats were cancelled or not.
Please note:
- the penalty for rebooking is non-refundable;
- if the flight is operated by a partner airline, different conditions related to free baggage allowance/lounge access/frequent flier point accrual may apply;
- the maximum stay for most promotional fares is 1 month. In case you decide to rebook your ticket purchased at such a promotional fare to a date exceeding 1 month from the date of departure, you may have to pay the fare difference between the existing fare and the new fare level applied for the new flight dates.
The branded, MyCHOICE fares are available across whole Air Astana network.
The non-branded fares are available only on interline routes (i.e. on routes operated with partner airlines).
Promotional, youth and senior fares may be available on all routes.
