Air Astana JSC announces on the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 13 October 2023 on entering into a major transaction with International Aero Engines LLC for off-wing engine maintenance services to cover up to 125 (one hundred and twenty five) PW1127G/PW1133G type engines for Airbus А320 NEO family aircraft including 23 aircraft and 9 spare engines for the period of 8 years from the entry into service of each aircraft and 35 aircraft for the period of 12 years from the entry into service of each aircraft with the latest delivery scheduled for May 2028).
Air Astana JSC announces on the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 10 October 2022 on amending the major transaction earlier approved by the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders of the Company dated 20 January 2012 by way of entering by the Company into a Supplemental Agreement to the Purchase Agreement with Boeing for deferral of delivery positions from 2023 to 2028, including an option for termination in case of replacement by operating leases.
