Guide for Administrator

Congratulations on becoming a member of the Nomad Corporate programme. This programme helps companies manage their business travel bookings better while rewarding both the company and its employees. As an Administrator, you have overall control of your company’s Nomad Corporate account. We hope our guide will help you efficiently manage your account.

Login to Nomad Corporate

To login into Nomad Corporate please use your individual Nomad Club login credentials: Membership number and password.


Adding members to your Nomad Corporate account

Before getting started please add traveling employees from your company to your corporate account by indicating their name and Nomad Club membership number. An email will be sent to your colleagues to confirm that they have joined the corporate account. Confirmed members' details will then be shown in your Nomad Corporate online account.

You can also assign a new status to an existing programme participant such as CEO/Director/Senior Manager and Administrator.
CEO/Director/Senior Manager – these are your colleagues from upper-level management with capabilities to change company details, add and remove members, and redeem awards. 

Earning points

Earn points whenever you or your employees travel for business on Air Astana. Your company can continue to use the services of your appointed travel agents and still earn points.

Booking through travel agencies

To start earning points make sure you insert into the booking:
 • Individual Nomad Club membership number of the passenger;
 • 9-digit Corporate ID for ALL bookings (under OSI entry in PNR) before passengers commence their travel.

Bookings made on our website

Please indicate your 9-digit Corporate ID to the corresponding field on the website along with the individual Nomad Club membership number of the passenger.

Nomad Club points will be accrued as per the general Terms and Conditions of the Nomad Club programme. The basis of the split ratio between the Nomad Corporate and individual account of the member: The entry split ratio is 20/80 accordingly. This ratio can be tailored per Nomad Corporate member individually. Points will appear within 14 days on your Nomad Corporate account once the journey is completed.

Claim missing points

You can retroclaim points for flights up to four months after the date of travel. This does not apply to flights completed pre-enrolment. To claim missing points log in to your Nomad Corporate account clicking here.

Redeeming points

You will start earning points from the first day of registration to the programme. Redemption will be activated once your company has reached the redemption limit of 2 mln KZT.

To redeem your points please click here and log in using your individual Nomad Club membership number and password. Select the option “Nomad Corporate Redemption”.

 


To upgrade to business class please click here and log in using your individual Nomad Club membership number and password.




You can issue free tickets or upgrade anyone to business class using your accumulated points online or via our Help Centre.

 

Along with redemption against your accumulated points, you also have two free upgrades courtesy of Blue Nomad Corporate, which can be used any time after the redemption. Silver and Gold Nomad corporate members have 4 and 6 free upgrades respectively.



We recommend discussing with your finance department regarding the taxation of award tickets redeemed against your Nomad Club points.




Reports

You can create PDF or Excel reports of your Company transactions within your Nomad Corporate account. Use the date range selector or custom search filters to download custom reports that match the criteria you set.
