Voluntary Refund Application Form
Both voluntary and involuntary refund of the tickets purchased at a
point of issue other than the official website and mobile app of Air
Astana, should be made at the place of purchase.
If you want to refund tickets bought via the official website or mobile
app of Air Astana:

cancellation or schedule changes – please apply for full refund via

below. The refund will be made according to the fare rules of your
