Almaty International Airport (IATA: ALA) is located in the North-East of the Almaty, Kazakhstan’s major business and cultural centre. It is the busiest airport in Kazakhstan and a major hub for Air Astana.

Taxi services and public buses (route number 92) operate to and from Almaty International Airport.

The airport provides services of Business Lounge, various shopping and dining places. Duty-free shop is available in International departure hall (with the exception of those traveling to the countries of the Customs Union).
