Confirmation letters are accessible 3 days after the date of departure or date of refund. Please allow this period for system updates and data verification before requesting your document.

Flight status confirmation letters are issued only after the actual completion of the flight. Requests made before the flight has taken place cannot be processed.

To process such requests, a notarization, guarantee letter, or a letter from the passenger(s) (with a scanned copy and signature) is needed. This confirms their consent for sharing confidential information with a trusted third party. Without this documentation, the request will not be processed.

No, confirmation letters can only be issued in the currency that was used for purchasing the ticket.
