The Department employees possess extensive knowledge about the company and its services and respond to various needs of our customers on a daily basis.

Our employees regularly attend different trainings to improve their skills in providing high quality service to our customers. Many agents have IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification which proves the high level qualification of a sales and ticketing specialist.
