You can cancel your Air Astana ticket for a refund if it was bought directly from the official website or mobile app. For tickets purchased through a point of sale other than Air Astana's official website and mobile app, refunds should be processed at the place of purchase. In case of canceling a non-refundable ticket, only the refundable taxes will be refunded. The refund will be processed back to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. Please be aware that there may be a cancellation/refund fee in some cases.

Before departure - wholly unused flight: Points can be re-deposited with a deduction of 5000 points when applying at least 3 days prior to flight departure for international flights and 1 day prior to flight on domestic flights.
- After Departure - for partially used or expired tickets: points cannot be re-deposited.
- No Show - If you do not turn up for a confirmed reservation, a refund or change of the departure date will not be applied. The date of travel for a partially used ticket with an expired date of travel cannot be changed and only unused taxes can be refunded.
