MyTOUR Terms and Conditions

You are recommended to read these booking terms and conditions carefully and in the event that there is anything, that you do not understand, contact the MyTOUR team at mytour@airastana.com for clarification.


Eligibility

The cost of the MyTOUR program must be paid in full prior to its confirmation.

MyTOUR program is available to Air Astana passengers (except for unaccompanied children under 16 years old) traveling from one international destination to another or to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Unaccompanied Minors under 16 years old are not qualified for the benefits of MyTOUR.


Validity of Prices

All prices featured on the website are:

  • Based on tariffs submitted by hotels and other third-party suppliers and on exchange rate current at the time of publishing;
  • The cost depends on the number of participants purchasing the tour. The stated price includes all taxes and may change based on fluctuations in the US dollar exchange rate at the time of tour confirmation.


Air Astana guarantees that once you have paid for your tour in full, regardless of increases in third-party supplier cost or adverse changes in monetary exchange rates, no additional charges will be passed to you with the exception of additional fees or taxes introduced by local authorities.


Program Conditions

Booking must be made a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival. Booking well in advance is strongly recommended. A voucher for the MyTOUR services will issued once full payment has been received. This voucher is a confirmation of the services to be provided and should be held by the visitor to show upon demand.


MyTOUR Program includes:

  • Transportation services
  • Guide services
  • 1 liter of water per person


Depending on the selected tour, it may also include:

  • Accommodation in the chosen hotel/room type;
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner;
  • Transfer from international airports Astana/Almaty to the hotel and back;
  • Entrance tickets.


The MyTOUR Program does not include the cost of other services not mentioned above, such as: visas, airline tickets, personal expenses, environmental fees, alcoholic beverages, meals, additional activities, medical or other insurance, or any other services not listed in the "Included in the price" section.


Child Policy:

  • 0-1.99 years (infants) – free
  • 2-5.99 years (children) – 50% of the adult price
  • 6-11.99 years (children) – 75% of the adult price
  • 12-17.99 years – full price (100%)


Hotel Accommodation:

Check-in and check-out are done as part of the group.

The number of reserved rooms cannot exceed the number of passengers.

Single accommodation is available for an additional fee.

The maximum occupancy of a double room is 2 (two) adults and 1 (one) child under 6 years old (without an extra bed) and does not require a separate reservation for the child.


Transfer:

Transportation services are provided throughout the entire tour route.

The "airport-hotel-airport" transfer is available only for participants of long tours (over 72 hours).

The transfer service is provided within 1 (one) hour of the flight arrival, taking into account passport control and baggage claim. The airport transfer is provided 3 hours before the flight departure.

The driver will be waiting for passengers with a name sign in the arrivals hall.

The free baggage allowance for one person is 2 pieces (one suitcase and one hand luggage or an equivalent replacement).


Rebooking, Cancellation, No-show, and Refund:

Tour Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour – 50% penalty of the tour cost

Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show – non-refundable.


Rebooking: 

Changing the tour date is free of charge.


No-show: 

In case of a no-show, the tour is non-refundable.

To change the tour date or refund request, please send a request with the voucher number to the email address: mytour@airastana.com.

In case of no-shows on the expected date/flight refunds are not permitted.

Air Astana recommends that visitors arrange travel insurance to cover costs incurred in the event of voluntary cancellation of services by the visitor.


Other Conditions

All information on the Air Astana website is correct at the time of publishing. Please note that this product may not be available for sale in some countries as restrictions may apply.


Air Astana reserves the right to modify and otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at their own discretion. Except as provided for in the preceding sentence, no amendment, modification, or waiver to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding on Air Astana unless made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Air Astana.


These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Air Astana’s Condition of Carriage, Website Terms of Use, and Privacy and Security Policy which you can read on airastana.com


The failure of Air Astana to exercise any of its rights shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment of the future performance of any of its rights, and your obligations with respect to such future performance shall continue in full force and effect.


General Information

Where Air Astana books a hotel or other ground service under the MyTOUR Program in its capacity as agent of the relevant third-party supplier, your contract for that accommodation or service will be subject to the supplier’s Terms & Conditions which could limit or exclude liability to you. No contract will come into existence until we accept your request for a booking and receive full payment in cleared funds. When you submit your request for a booking, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept (and do accept) these conditions on behalf of yourself and all persons covered by your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information given to you in connection with your booking by us, or any third-party supplier, is passed on to everyone on whose behalf you are making, or have made the booking. If you are making a booking for more than one person, you are responsible for all payments due from every person for whom that booking is made. 


All the featured hotels and services are subject to availability.


Responsibility of All Concerned Parties

Where Air Astana sells you MyTOUR service provided by a third party in its capacity, it is not responsible for acts or omissions of these suppliers, their employees or representatives, nor for any deficiency in the service provided and, in particular, Air Astana has no liability for loss, personal injury or death or other damage of whatever nature however incurred, unless such loss is caused by Air Astana’s negligence.


Air Astana reserves the right to cancel or change any MyTOUR service and is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damage, or expense due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond Air Astana’s reasonable control, the consequences of which could not be avoided even if all due care had been exercised, including but not limited to delays or changes in schedules, technical or maintenance problems, hotels, overbooking or defaults, adverse weather conditions, natural or industrial disaster, industrial actions involving third party suppliers, war, terrorist activity, quarantine or other causes. You accept full responsibility for such loss, damage, or expense.


Visitors must ensure that he/she and the rest of their party have valid passports and appropriate visas to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan. Under any circumstances, Air Astana will not be liable for any cost, delays, or illness resulting from the visitors’ failure to meet these requirements. Visitors are responsible for the behavior of him/herself and their party. Air Astana and our suppliers reserve the right to refuse booking or to remove the visitor or any member of the visitor's party from any hotel if the visitor or any member of his/her party is reasonably deemed to behave in a disruptive, dangerous, or anti-social manner. Air Astana will make no refund or payment of any cost incurred by visitors under these circumstances and visitors may face prosecution.
