Payment by bank transfers for legal entities
Step 1
In order to purchase tickets by a bank transfer, please contact Air Astana Call Centre and make a booking for the desired route.

Step 2
Booking reference, company’s bank details and copy of passenger’s documents must be sent via Help Centre. Payment is carried out based on the invoice.
Step 3
- E-tickets will be sent to your email when the payment is completed.
- The department is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Invoices to international destinations are issued until 15:00.
