Acknowledging the potential difficulties some passengers may encounter while transitioning between check-in points and the aircraft, we have curated a suite of services tailored to aid individuals with reduced mobility.
If you require special assistance, please contact our Help Centre to arrange any of the following services. To ensure provision of optimal assistance, kindly provide all the necessary information at least 24 hours before departure.
We care about the comfort and safety of every passenger. Please contact the airline in advance if:
- You have recently undergone a serious illness, injury, or surgery;
- Your health condition raises concerns about the safety of the flight;
- You require assistance from the crew due to hearing or vision impairments.
Please inform us about your needs in advance so we can arrange a wheelchair, select a comfortable seat, and consider your requirements.
We recommend consulting your doctor in advance to ensure that your overall health allows you to air travel.
Please note that international regulations may restrict travel if it poses a high health risk.
