Days Out Almaty
Almaty continues as the major commercial and cultural centre of Kazakhstan, as well as its biggest population center. The city is located in the mountainous area of Southern Kazakhstan in the foothills of the Trans-Ili Alatau at an elevation of 2,300-3,000 feet (700-900 m), where the Bolshaya and Malaya Almaatinka rivers run into the plain.

Golfing in Nurtau
NURTAU was the first 18 hole golf course in Kazakhstan. It is located at the foothills of Zailiyskiyi Alatau. Course was designed and built by Japanese designer Saito. The course will be of interest to both beginners and professionals.

Golf Courses Zhailau has been opened in 2006 and located opposite to the Presidential Park. Zhailau presents 18 hole golf course, driving range and three putting greens, Pro shop, golf academy, sports bar and two restaurants.

Mountain Biking in Assy Valley
