Earning Nomad Club Points
It is easy to earn Nomad Club points if you follow these simple steps
Please provide your membership number every time you make a reservation online, or at any of the Air Astana offices or travel agent. Providing your number at the time of reservation is the best way to ensure that you automatically receive your points.
To ensure that the number has been properly recorded, or if you have forgotten to quote it at the time of reservation, please present your membership card to the agent when checking-in for your flight. Please verify that your membership number is printed on your boarding pass.
Your 9-digit membership number is shown on your membership card.
Nomad Club Points
There are two types of Nomad Club points: Flight Points and Bonus Points.
Flight Points are earned on Air Astana flights and always count towards your Nomad Club Silver and Nomad Club Gold qualifications.
Bonus Points are usually earned for partner activities. Bonus Points can also be awarded by Air Astana for certain types of flight activities, in addition to the Flight Points. For example,Gold members of the program earn 50% Bonus Points on top of their flight points each time they fly with Air Astana. Bonus Points contribute to your Total Points balance and can therefore be redeemed for awards. However, they do not count towards status qualification.
More information about qualifying for Nomad Club Silver and Nomad Club Gold levels can be found in the corresponding section Membership Tiers.
