Air Astana Policy
Unacceptable Behaviour
Air Astana may take any measures to prevent continued unacceptable behaviour by a passenger, including:
- Refusing to allow the passenger to continue on remaining legs of the journey;
- Handing the passenger over to the relevant authorities with a possibility of prosecution for any criminal offences the passenger might have committed according to the laws of the destination country.
If a passenger's unacceptable behaviour leads to an unscheduled aircraft diversion, the passenger is required to cover the reasonable and proper costs associated with the diversion. In the event that the passenger declines to pay these costs, Air Astana retains the right to pursue legal action to recover the damages incurred.
