Travel Assistance for Passengers with Visual Impairments
We are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and inclusive flying experience for all passengers. For individuals with visual impairments, we warmly welcome travel with a guide dog at no additional cost. The guide dog is not considered part of the passenger's baggage allowance and can be accommodated in the cabin, positioned under the seat in the rear rows, secured to the owner’s seat at their feet. It is essential that the dog is muzzled, leashed, and accompanied by a certificate confirming its special training. Passengers are also advised to carry sedative tablets for their dog, if necessary.
There are no restrictions on the number of guide dogs permitted on a single flight. However, please note that the carriage of guide dogs is not available on flights to London.
To be provided with these services, please inform your travel agent or notify us of your needs through our Help Centre in advance, and ensure to include any necessary documents before the flight.
