Do you have a favourite seat onboard our aircraft? Ensure additional comfort with MySEAT, which offers a few different preferred seat options in both Business and Economy Classes so you can find the right one.


Choose seats at the front to be one of the first to disembark (1st row in Business or 11th and 12th rows in Economy) or enjoy extra legroom near the exit rows or in the first row of the cabin (1st row in Business or 11th row in Economy). Check our seat maps for each aircraft type to view available choices before making your reservation.


Below are the standard MySEAT prices per flight. Please be aware that exceptions may occur, and for all departures from Delhi, an additional tax charge of up to 5% applies.

Embraer 190-E2
The Embraer 190-E2 belongs to a family of twin-engine, single-aisle airliners offering a maximum range of up to 5,300 km, which is 1,000 km more than the E190. The aircraft has improved aerodynamics, redesigned fuselage and wings, and new Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbofan engines. The aircraft is fitted with 108 seats in a four abreast / two-by-two layout which provides more legroom and additional luggage storage space.

How to Book?Reserve your MySEAT directly when booking your flight or later through Manage My Booking or online check-in, available 24 hours before the departure. You can also contact any Air Astana ticketing office or our Call Centre at + 7 (727) 244 44 77 or + 7 (717) 258 44 77.

Chargeable seats (MySEAT options) are only available on flights operated by Air Astana.


Some seats may not be available for reservation.


Unaccompanied minors are ineligible for chargeable seat reservations.


Nomad Club Diamond and Gold Members enjoy complimentary reservations for chargeable and standard seats.


MySEAT cannot be obtained through Ticket Discount Certificates or Nomad Club points but can be redeemed with a Gift Card at Air Astana ticketing offices in Kazakhstan.


After the purchase, MySEAT can be rebooked to another date for free or changed to another available paid seat within the same route. The MySEAT service is non-refundable. Route changes or refunds are not allowed, even if no seats are available when voluntarily changed.


Operational, safety, or security reasons may necessitate MySEAT changes even after boarding, with Air Astana ensuring a suitable alternative seat. Our crew will look for a row with the same characteristics as has been booked before.


MySEAT is non-transferable to other passengers.


Passengers travelling with animals cannot be seated in the 1st and exit rows.

Refunds for paid seating are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation or rebooking of your flight;
  • Desire to change your seat;
  • Involuntary or voluntary upgrade to Business Class;
  • Failure to meet safety requirements for the selected seat type;
  • No-show due to non-compliance with immigration and other requirements.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation preventing the provision of a similar seat, passengers can request a refund. A full refund is permitted, and the passenger will be transferred to an available free seat.


To initiate a refund, please contact the sales agent who issued the service. An exception applies to MySEAT issued by an international agency; in this case, please contact our Help Centre.


Refund applications cannot be processed at the airport or on board.


Unless otherwise stated, refunds will only be credited to the originally used credit card.

Emergency exit row seats are located next to or immediately behind the exit door.


In the unlikely event of an evacuation, passengers in these seats must assist in opening the emergency door.


Emergency exit seats will only be available if a passenger meets the safety requirements. The passenger who occupies an emergency exit row seat should be in full fitness and able to understand printed and verbal instructions given in English, Russian, or Kazakh.


Passengers with V booking class (Youth and Senior fare) cannot purchase emergency exit row seats.


Passengers who are not eligible to book an emergency exit seat with MySEAT:


 - Persons who are not physically and mentally able to open an emergency exit door;

 - Children and teenagers (2-18 years old), including unaccompanied minors;

 - Passengers with infants and/or children;

 - Passengers with pet animals;

 - Passengers whose physical size would prevent them from being able to move quickly;

 - Passengers who might not comprehend instructions given in English, Russian, or Kazakh due to language difficulties;

 - Senior passengers;

 - Pregnant women;

 - Passengers requiring an extension seat belt;

 - Passengers with special needs.


The final decision regarding passenger seating in emergency exit rows rests with the airline staff operating the flight.


Onboard staff will verify passengers' compliance with safety requirements agreed upon during exit row seat reservations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in reassignment without a refund.


In the event of changed circumstances, passengers no longer meeting requirements should contact the Help Centre at least 48 hours before departure.
