When you book your travel at our ticketing offices, via our Call Centre or WhatsApp Online Consultant, the amount you pay will depend on the route and class of travel.

50% discount to the calculated value of commission applies for children up to 11 years inclusive for international flights, and up to 14 years inclusive for domestic flights.

When your travel is a combination of economy and business class, you pay the Commission Fee for business class. When Bishkek – Almaty flight segment is combined with any other international flight segment, you pay the Commission Fee for that international flight segment.

Commission Fees are only charged at the time of original ticket issuance. If you need to make a change to your booking or cancel your flight, no additional Commission Fee will be collected. Commission Fees are not refundable.

When you book your travel on our website, the amount will depend on the route (international vs domestic).

If you purchase your travel via Air Astana mobile app, no commission fee will be collected.
