Lucky Draw Prize Winners

Passengers who filled out the online survey on www.airastana.com between 01 November 2016 and 01 April 2017 were entitled to participate in the prize. The draw was held on 29th of April 2017 in the presence of a commission consisting of Air Astana employees, independent observers and a notary officer.

  • Winners of the aircraft models may collect the prize from any ticketing office of Air Astana in Kazakhstan.
  • The prize has no cash value.

In order to collect your prize, please contact customer.relations@airastana.com no later than June 10th 2017 attaching a copy of your passport or national identity card.

Winners who have not contacted Air Astana Customer Relations by June 10th, 2017 will lose their entitlement to the prizes.
