When it comes to earning Nomad Club rewards, we take pride in providing unprecedented travel experiences. Displayed points represent one-way trips to our diverse destinations. Additionally, you can double your adventure by redeeming a return ticket by simply doubling the required number of points listed in the table. Feeling adventurous? Combine half of a business class award ticket, with half of an economy class award ticket. We strive to offer you the opportunity to personalize your reward trip according to your individual preferences. As for upgrading service class, the listed points apply to one-way travel. However, it's important to ensure you have a confirmed and ticketed reservation in the corresponding class before departure. Within Nomad Club, we aim to ensure your journey is comfortable and truly rewarding.
Depending on load factor and seasonality, we offer three redemption tiers for reward tickets:
Low demand: avail reduced points for off-peak flights, enhancing the value of your travels.
Mid demand: as demand increases, points may slightly rise, reflecting the popularity of certain routes and times.
High demand: during peak travel periods, such as holidays or festivals, redemption points may increase due to heightened demand.
This multi-tiered system ensures you can maximize the value of your points regardless of when you decide to travel. Whether seeking spontaneous getaways or planning a vacation adventure, Nomad Club provides the flexibility you need to explore the world on your terms.

Get an Award Ticket

Award Redemption Procedure
Flight Awards
- Ensure your Nomad Club account has sufficient points for your desired award.
- Award tickets are available online on the award ticketing, points purchase and transfer or contact Air Astana Call Centre or a local Air Astana Sales Office. Any rewards are issued by the member himself/herself on the relevant page in advance, at least 3 working days before the planned flight. Please note that travel agents are unable to book Nomad Club awards.
- Upon confirmation of your request for an award ticket or upgrade, Nomad Club agents will contact you via email to advise you of the fees.
Upgrade Awards
- Confirm your Nomad Club account has enough points for your preferred award.
- Purchase an eligible booking class ticket in Air Astana Economy Class.
- Contact the Air Astana Call Centre or a local Air Astana Sales Office to arrange your Upgrade Award booking. Bookings can be made up to three (3) working days before your departure date.
- Call Centre agents will inform you of your upgrade confirmation status and if a ticket re-issue at a ticketing office is necessary prior to your travel date.
- While there are no blackout periods for award travel, please book early to secure your seats as award availability is limited. Flexibility with travel dates increases your chances of finding award seats to your desired destination.
Last Minute Upgrade
If Business Class isn't available or you're unable to secure an upgrade in advance, you can now use your Nomad Club points for a Last Minute Upgrade directly at the check-in desk. Plus, enjoy access to business lounges worldwide.
Important Points to Remember:
- Nomad Club points will be awarded based on the originally booked Economy Class ticket.
- Last Minute Upgrade awards cannot be transferred to another individual.
- Personal Business Class amenity kits or meals aren't guaranteed by Nomad Club.
- Last Minute Upgrades are non-refundable after the flight.
- Last Minute Upgrades apply to single passengers under one passenger name record.
- Following the upgrade, baggage allowance and lounge access will be in accordance with Business Class.
- Air Astana reserves the right to limit Last Minute Upgrade seat availability.
Please Note:
- MySEAT services at check-in cannot be transferred to another party.
- MySEAT services at check-in are applicable for one-way trips only, and once utilized, the points used are non-refundable.
- Air Astana may limit the number of seats available for MySEAT services at check-in.
- To utilize the service, ensure your membership number is included when booking your ticket.
FAQ
To register for the Nomad Club programme, please follow these simple steps:
- Click on the following link.
- Fill out the registration form: enter your full name in Latin letters, gender, personal email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and choose a password for accessing your account. Also, please review the Rules and Conditions of the Nomad Club program.
- To complete the registration, a link for activation will be sent to your email address.
- After clicking on the link, your membership number and password will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. These details must be unique. The same email address and phone number cannot be used for multiple registrations in the program. Registration is available for individuals aged 2 years and older. The permanent card will be sent to the participant within 2-4 weeks from the date of the first flight recorded in the participant's account. The card can only be used by the person whose name is on it.
