Tickets can be booked through the Air Astana Call Centre and paid through the internet banking system of JSC Halyk Bank – Homebank.kz and JSC Kaspi Bank – Kaspi.kz.

How does it work?

Step 1

Call to Call Centre at +7 (727) 2 44 44 77, or in cities of Kazakhstan to the number 58 44 77.
Make your reservation, confirm your ticket price and receive your 6-symbol alphanumeric booking reference.
Pay through Homebank.kz or Kaspi.kz using your booking reference number (PNR).

Step 2

You will receive your e-ticket in the e-mail specified during the booking process immediately after confirmation of the payment. Reservations can be checked through www.airastana.com website in sections "My booking" and "Manage My Booking".

*The ticket price advised by the Call Centre agent is valid on the day of the booking and can be varied on any other day, depending upon the exchange rate of US dollar in relation to Kazakhstan tenge on the day of payment.

Step 3

To return air ticket paid via the online banking system Homebank.kz or Kaspi.kz, it is necessary to send a request to help.airastana.com from the email address originally specified while booking.

*If your reservation was made for several passengers, you must provide a ticket number, reservation number, flight segment and passenger data, whose air ticket needs to be returned.

*If the request for a refund was sent before the end of the check-in, the no-show penalty is not included.
