Starting from 19 May 2011, Air Astana is
introducing a new service for its
customers. Now tickets can be booked through the Air Astana Call Centre and
paid through the internet banking system of JSC Kazkommertsbank – Homebank.kz.
How does it
work?
Step 1
Call
Air Astana 24/7 Call Centre.
Step 2
Make
your reservation, confirm your ticket price and receive your 6 symbol
alphanumeric booking reference.
Step 3
Pay
through Homebank.kz using your booking reference number (PNR).
Step 4
You will receive your ticket to the e-mail specified
during the booking process immediately after confirmation of the payment.
Note: Only Air Astana Call Centre bookings and Kazakhstan tenge (KZT) are accepted for payment. The ticket
price advised by the Call Centre agent is valid on the day of the booking and
can be varied in any other day.
