The external auditor of Air Astana JSC for the years 2011-2013 is

As a result of an open tender for purchase of the services of auditing the annual financial statements and reviewing the interim financial statements for the years 2011-2013, held on 15 July 2011, Air Astana JSC signed a contract with Deloitte LLP for purchase of the services of auditing financial statements according to the following schedule:
- Audit of financial statements for the years ended 31 December 2011, 2012 and 2013 prepared in accordance with IFRS;
- Audit of the interim financial statements for 6 months of 2012 prepared in accordance with IAS 34;
- Review of the interim financial statements for 9 months 2012, the first quarter, the first half and 9 months 2013, prepared in accordance with IAS 34.
