During the period of the London Olympic Games
and London Paralympic Games, 14th July 2012 to 11th
September 2012, Air Astana London will have some revised check-in and security
procedures in place, in order to maintain our on-time schedules and services to
Almaty (ALA).
Check-in for all flights will OPEN at 3 hours
before scheduled departure time.
Check-in for all flights will CLOSE at 45
minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Passengers with VAT reclaims are advised to
arrive early at the airport in order to complete VAT procedures and be at
check-in on time.
Security and Passport Control
London Heathrow Airport will be using enhanced
security controls and procedures during the Olympic Games period. You are
advised to proceed through Security and Passport Controls as soon after
registration/check-in to avoid delays and possibly missing your flight. Please
ensure you comply with the current legislation concerning liquid regulations to
avoid delays in security.
Departure Gates/Boarding
ALL departure gates CLOSE at 15
minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Passengers are requested to go
through departure security controls and proceed to the departure gate before this time, as we reserve the
right to offload you and your baggage in accordance with our terms and
conditions, should you be late to the gate.
