The idea did not come about by chance; my colleagues from time to time collect money, clothes, buy products and pass them on to large families, orphans and victims of natural disasters. So we decided to initiate such an event, which gave opportunity to all airline employees to contribute, and thus encourage them to continue to do good for the society. Today, each of us bought a souvenir, which will recall the good deeds, as all the money will be sent to assist Kazakh children for the future prosperity of the Republic”, commented Peter Foster, the President of JSC Air Astana.

As part of the fair, all comers were also able to pass the child and teen clothing, toys and stationery items to the collection point of things for orphans and children of large families, and to participate in the fair. Touching handicrafts made by children who are inmates of the orphanage and school for the blind were prepared specially for the fair, went under the hammer, adding to a box for money collection.
