Due to the political unrest in
Kyrgyzstan, Air Astana has suspended its scheduled services between
Almaty and Bishkek beginning 8 April until 19 April 2010.
Air Astana has taken steps to assist
affected passengers travelling between Almaty and Bishkek. Passengers
will be able to re-book their tickets or apply for a full refund without
penalty. To do so, passengers are advised to contact Air Astana’s
24-hour Call Centre at +7 (727) 244 44 77. They may also contact Air
Astana ticket offices or their travel agent.

JSC: “We will do all possible to help passengers that are stranded in
Almaty/Bishkek because of the political situation. Although this
situation is beyond our control we will offer full refunds”.
