Air Astana
aims to make its flights as comfortable and accessible as possible for all
customers. Passengers with permanent
visual impairments are welcome to travel on Air Astana flights with a service
dog at no additional cost. The animal is
not considered as part of the passenger’s baggage allowance. A trained
assistance dog may be carried in the cabin at the feet of its owner, but must
be muzzled. The passenger must have the required veterinary documents and
certificates for the dog. Please pre-advise your agent or our Special Services
desk at special.services@airastana.com
ahead of travel.
Passengers
with impaired hearing can receive the care and assistance of our staff through
the check-in procedure. Please advise your travel agent or inform us of your need
for this service at special.services@airastana.com.
